Far away from mass tourism, it is located in the tranquil settlement of Son Serra de Marina in the north of Mallorca and is only about 800 m from the sea and about 2 km from the popular natural beach of Son Serra de Marina.

The fabulous Mediterranean house offers a maximum capacity for 6 people and has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living-dining room with open-plan kitchen. In the spacious living room there is a powerful air conditioning system, which is able to cool the whole house in hot temperatures. For the winter months, on the other hand, the existing gas heating ensures pleasant temperatures. The house is also equipped with a very fast internet connection via fibre optics and offers a choice of many international TV channels thanks to its own satellite system.

The magnificent private garden of approx. 500 square metres with refreshing natural lawn and many colourful native plants borders on a large and impressive natural backdrop of the neighbouring nature reserve. With its more than 100 square metres of partly covered terraces, the spacious garden is inviting: equipped with a chilling hammock, a comfortable hanging chair, various loungers and a huge dining table, for long breakfasts, exciting afternoons of play or even relaxing dinners outdoors.

The house has a spectacular modern 6m x 6m L-shaped saltwater pool with a depth of 1.60m throughout. In addition, there is also a fantastic outdoor jacuzzi, which invites you to swim in any season with its freely selectable temperature between 26 and 38 degrees.

For your convenience, the quiet settlement offers several supermarkets, bars and restaurants as well as a pharmacy.
