Note for the booking of the holiday home
Please note that animals, parties and smoking are not allowed in this house and that the landlord is legally obliged to collect the data of all guests who are at least 16 years old and to transmit them to the Spanish authorities. For this purpose, a copy of the identity card or passport of all guests must be provided before arrival.
The "Ecotasa" (tourist tax corresponding to a visitor's tax) is included in the rental price as well as all other additional costs.
